NEFOS is a proud sponsor of FOCCE, The Sulzbacher Homeless Shelter and Save Your Vision Month in March every year.  We also assist Nova Southeastern College of Optometry students make a trip to Tallahassee every March for FOA Legislative Day.  We educate our members on the importance of politics in our profession, and send contributions to those candidates we feel are Optometry friendly.  We try to communicate regularly with our members and encourage non-members to join us in support of our wonderful profession.  We have monthly dinner CE meetings during the fall and spring months in addition to our biannual one day events, the Spring Fling and Fall Fest.  ODs can rely on us for all their Florida requirements at the finest venues at reasonable prices.
